Shipping & Returns

All shipping times provided are estimates only. Unforeseen factors such as local customs clearance, adverse weather conditions, pandemics, and holiday or peak seasons may cause delays. We appreciate your understanding.

*Shipping Availability
We strive to ship to as many countries as possible; however, some destinations may be unavailable. You can check the shipping availability and costs on the checkout page. For Malaysia orders, West Malaysia enjoys Free shipping for orders RM80 above, whereas East Malaysia please check the price rates on the checkout page.

*Ship-Out Schedule
Every order takes 3-5 days to prepare. Featherflame ships orders twice a month: during the second and last weeks of the month. Due to the complexity of handmade production and meticulous packaging, each order is prepared by hand to ensure every package is thoughtfully crafted—because every box is a delightful surprise!

*Order Processing Time
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible, however 1 order usually takes 3-5 days to process due to handmade items. Please refer to the ship-out schedule above. Processing times may vary depending on stock availability, seasonal demand, and national holidays. Be sure to consider these factors when calculating overall shipping times.

*Customs Fees
In some countries, VAT, duties, or taxes must be paid before goods can be released from customs. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Featherflame does not issue refunds or accept returns for orders that are not cleared due to unpaid customs fees. Please note that customs agents may occasionally delay the release of orders at their discretion.

*Delivery Errors
If delivery addresses are incorrect or incomplete, or if recipients are unavailable for pickup, it is the recipient’s responsibility to provide the correct and complete address and cover any additional re-delivery charges. Once an order has been shipped, changes to the address cannot be made.

*Return Policy
Most Featherflame products are handmade; therefore, we do not accept returns or issue refunds. Please consider this carefully before placing an order. If you receive damaged goods in your parcel, please contact us via email or Instagram chat for assistance.
